I’m Danniell Hurst and I’m passionate about guiding people to discover the incredible power or their own breath through circular breathwork. My personal journey with breath began over 26 years ago when I was working in a demanding emergency room environment day in, and day out. I realized I could shift my own emotional state just by changing my breathing. More recently, in my 21 years as a massage therapist, I’ve consistently observed how feelings of stress, anxiety, and being overwhelmed are deeply connected to unhealthy breathing patterns. Two years ago, a family member struggling with their own anxiety and stress, discovered circular breathwork and shared it with me. After just three sessions, I was convinced: I had to bring this to my community to help others find a better way to shift their emotional well-being. To me, it’s far more than just breathing; it’s about unlocking your innate capacity to release emotional burdens, calm your nervous system, and cultivate a profound sense of peace and clarity.
